Alisa Bair is the best broker to work with, bar none! I have worked with her on several transactions, and she has been great in every instance, but really demonstrated her worth in this case. We had a number of challenges to face, and she was able to provide excellent advice along the way. The buyer broker did not demonstrate much interest in helping resolve issues (on the buyer's side), but Alisa helped save the deal! She was kind yet persistent, helping to encourage the other broker to participate more proactively, allowing us to close despite the challenges.
