Great agent. Alie really knows the area and diplomatically points out 'features' in homes that might be problematic. A consummate professional, Alie stays on task and keeps things moving. Ultimately, I think she ended up convincing the owner of my new house to sell because it was a perfect fit for me and my family. She tailors her approach to the buyer's needs; I've bought more than a few houses and she worked with me as I looked for certain type of house within a narrow proximity and a specific timeline. The results speak volumes; I'm in a perfect house for my needs, in the area I needed to be in, and moved in within a week of my target date.
