We bought a house with her a few years back and ended up using her to sell the same house. We had tight deadlines and she was able to deliver. The house ended up going under contract within a week. This was our first time selling the house and we were looking for a highly motivated, energetic and knowledgeable real estate professional who would help us to go smoothly through the house selling process which at times can become complicated. We found Alie to have the above qualities and more: she was excellent as staging consultant, resourceful at finding contractors to do some repairs requested by the buyer, gave us good advice on how to avoid pitfalls with our aging A/C unit and overall was great communicator promptly returning our text messages, emails and phone calls. Concerns: Alie's suggested house price was about $10K off the price we planned and sold it for, as well as Zillow's estimate. When we tried to negotiate a discount off Alie's commission, she agreed to it under condition that it would apply only to this particular buyer if he finalizes the purchase, however, later that amount was added to the sale price of the house. Overall, our selling process went fast and well, so if you want to sell your property in a timely manner we would highly recommend Alie.
