I've talked to nearly 10 to 12 different realtors trying to find the right property, only to be shown places that were way out of my price range, not in the right area, or just not worth the money. I didn't think Alicia was going to be any different than the last realtors that I had dealt with. A friend recommended her and I didn't want to waste her or my time. I told him that she would not be able to find me anything since the other realtors we not able to. He pushed me to call her anyway. I did and she ended up finding a property for me that I didn't find on my own and it was an excellent fit. There was lots of red tape getting the property since it was a 55 and older community and there was tons of small details involved. She was a true go-getter. I was ready to give up and instead, she helped pull me through it all. I thought because it was just a small condo deal that she would just not bother trying too hard to get the deal done. But she treated me and the whole situation just as if I were buying a million dollar property. I've purchased homes prior, but never got the excellent assistance that Alicia has offered. If you want somebody who is hard working and will go to the bat for you, she is a diamond in the rough as far as realtors go.
