Alicia Malamud recently helped us sell our home in Fort Lauderdale while we were living in tampa. Alicia was supportive the whole way through she was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, responsive, and resourceful she was the whole package I honestly don’t think we could have done it without her help. When we were under contract we had to fix some things that came up out of nowhere and wether it was windows, plumbing, electrical, a/c Alicia had somebody on speed dial and someone was at the property the very next day getting things resolved when it counted. When it came to listing the home, she got us amazing photos of the house that looked better than I could imagine. Alicia was on top of marketing our property and getting it out there showings, open houses, marketing on social media. She was an amazing real estate agent she got our property sold in 3 months for a price we were happy with all while we were living 4 hours away and couldn't really show up. We are very grateful to have found Alicia to be our real estate agent and would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy sell or rent a home.
