Alicia is a outstanding example of what a real estate agent should be; professional, patient , knowledgeable of market conditions and a great example of ethics. Alicia helped us sell my 91 year old mother's home and displayed each of those qualities. Mother is hard of hearing (make that nearly deaf) and Alicia explained everything to her in detail and repeatedly. We cannot recommend her enough - she helped us sell some property and buy a condo 25 years ago and her lever lf professionalism has not changed.
