Alicia was amazing! She made this experience smooth, painless, & stress free. She was available around the clock and made you feel like your time was important. She went above & beyond for us TWICE! She watched my dog so buyers could look at the condo when I had no one else to watch her. She also took back an internet box I had accidentally left behind, to Spectrum to make sure I avoided a bunch of fees. Two above and beyond moments she did not have to do but was eager and willing to do both with no question.
