That said, in my experience as a Colorado real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, accountable, responding quickly to your needs, and being a good listener as well as a good communicator (I can be a talker, just ask anyone haha). This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest methods of technology and social media are enabling me to do everything I've always done, just much quicker and efficiently. Alicia was very creative with a contingency offer that helped us secure a home.

Alicia was recommended by Eli Schmidt from the Mile High Property Brothers and I couldn't be happier with the recommendation. We relocated from Georgia and had strongly considered the Denver area but found Colorado Springs to be more in line of what we were looking for. After watching some of her Youtube content, I called her and she was phenomenal to work with from the start. She made great recommendations of areas and neighborhoods based on my criteria and seeing them in person, they did not disappoint. She was very flexible throughout the process and got us in to see many homes on a same day or next day basis as our search evolved. When it came time to make an offer, she was very creative with a contingency offer that helped us secure the house we ended up buying. She helped validate our selection and gave good feedback along the way. She was very even keeled and positive throughout. The fact she is a CO Springs/Pueblo native really helped as well. Alicia Armendariz made it possible for us to buy a home in CO, without my wife or me having to travel from out-of-state to even see it! Alicia's attention to detail and ability to do very thorough "zoom" tours of various properties made it easy for us to shop for a home - from home. Her knowledge of the area, market conditions, and quality of home builders was also very helpful. I'd highly recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a great realtor, even for an easy, trouble-free, "remote" home purchase.

Alicia was great to work with during our selling process

Alicia was great to work with during our selling process. She was quick to come see our property we were interested in selling within 24 hours of contacting her. She was patient as we decided the best route to go with the said property. She worked quickly to get the property staged and photos completed! She was helped us talk through different offers and was helpful through out the entire process. I would recommend Alicia to other sellers and buyers as well.
