AliciaI think one of the most importance qualities for your real estate agent to have is trustworthiness. When it comes to selling your home which is a huge asset, you don’t want to know your agent cares about your goals and priorities, which Alicia was very skilled at. Before we even started the process of listing our hone, Alicia cane prepared with a folder of information including recent sales in the neighborhood and what comparable would be if we sold now. She had great communication up until we actually listed which continued through the whole process through closing and beyond. Our house was booked solid in showings for the whole weekend and was under contract in 24 hrs. She let us know what to expect every step of the way which made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Alicia for any of your real estate needs.

We paid cash so we didn’t really do any negotiating. Can’t really comment on the “negotiating skills.”Alicia was very professional. Any questions we had she responded quickly. If she wasn’t sure about any of our questions she checked with her team and got back to us quickly. She was on top of each step in the process, and would send us reminders a day or two in advance. Closing went very quickly and smoothly. I would call on Alicia to help us to buy and sell again.
