Alice Coose responded quickly to whatever I needed! She was patient, knowledgeable, supportive, helpful, friendly, and went above what I expected from an agent. We had some unusual experiences, but we worked well together to solve any issues. It was quite a journey, starting with a scammer buyer! But, we finally got it sold! We could write a book!
