We are very good friends with Alicia, but when it came to selling our home she was all business and a true professional. No matter how many times we have sold a home, there is always something new or different about the process. She was terrific at explaining each process & details of selling your home. She was spot on with where to price our home. We sold our home in half the time of the average selling time in Trilogy. We are pleased with the price we did receive. Our photos for our home that were used for our on-line listing were spectacular. Our home stood out over others because of the little details she asked us to do prior to taking the photos. We had good traffic of home buyers come look at our home due to our on-line photos. Alicia also produced a beautiful three page glossy brochure of our home. She used this to provide it to potential buyers so our home would stand out after they spent days reviewing homes. She invested in this brochure to make sure our home would be remembered.
