I would add a 6th star if i could!

Our experience with Ali was top notch during a very unsettling time in the housing market. We listed our home around August of 2022 when the housing market was quickly cooling off due to rapidly rising interest rates and concerns around the economy. From day 1, it was clear that Ali was very professional but also very direct. There was no sugar coating in terms of what we needed to have done on the house. there was no sugar coating as to what was happening in the market and there was no sugar coating on what our expectations should be. This was refreshing for us as it allowed us to make much more informed decisions on price points, negotiation strategies, and have realistic expectations that were in line with where the market was at that point in time. We ultimately sold our house quickly at a very favorable price point that was in line with our objectives. I would absolutely recommend Ali as she is knowledgeable, professional and doesn't blow smoke!
