Our experience with Ali was top notch during a very unsettling time in the housing market. We listed our home around August of 2022 when the housing market was quickly cooling off due to rapidly rising interest rates and concerns around the economy. From day 1, it was clear that Ali was very professional but also very direct. There was no sugar coating in terms of what we needed to have done on the house. there was no sugar coating as to what was happening in the market and there was no sugar coating on what our expectations should be. This was refreshing for us as it allowed us to make much more informed decisions on price points, negotiation strategies, and have realistic expectations that were in line with where the market was at that point in time. We ultimately sold our house quickly at a very favorable price point that was in line with our objectives. I would absolutely recommend Ali as she is knowledgeable, professional and doesn't blow smoke!

I have had the fortunate experiences of having Alison both as my realtor when purchasing a property and when selling it at a later time. Though it was a small condo, Ali treated the sale the same as she would have one of her top $ homes. Purchasing, she secured a price for me that was less than the assessed value. We can't begin to speak highly enough of our experience with Ali Hunt. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place and had met with a couple of realtors beforehand until we met Ali and we knew instantly that she was the one for us. We were never forced to make an offer and was very patient with our needs. Ali was always calm, listening to our every request for information. She was immediately responsive to our questions (and the buyer's agent!) to help us make a decision that would suit us best. When we finally found the "one", Ali recommended one of her inspectors which was very thorough and found certain "gotchas" that were practically impossible to find. After strategizing together, Ali managed to land us in the price range we were looking for. She is hands-on, honest, thorough, and really helped to take the pressure off of us. We were impressed with Ali's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!

Ali goes above and beyond. We were on a very tight time constraint to find a house and move. Ali was working tirelessly to find us the perfect house and she did. I was very picky and was wanting a particular neighborhood. Ali found our house. During negotiations we were in France for a wedding. Ali kept in touch with step by step explanation of what was going on (need I say 6hr time difference). Ali was our biggest cheerleader and supporter. She has the best team in inspectors lenders and closers. Thank you so much Ali for our perfect home. You are the BEST.
