Ali goes above and beyond for her clients.

Ali definitely knows her stuff. She did a walk-through of my house and told me what I needed to fix. She left me a sparkly sheet of all that needed to be fixed and the date that it needed to be done by to get it on the house on the market. She also came and helped me with the items on the list, such as yardwork. Ali is very encouraging. She doesn’t sugarcoat things. She does her research and tells you what she believes the house will sell at, even if I thought it might sell for more. I am a single woman and she helped me with so much during that time and since I sold my house. I am lucky to call her my real estate agent but more importantly my friend. I have seen her help other clients throughout the years scrubbing kitchen cabinets and floors, throwing down pine straw and taking down fencing so that her clients houses look their best. She isn’t out there to sell a million houses. Ali wants to take care of each of her clients and to make sure they get the most for their house. When I decide to buy a new house in the future, I will definitely use Ali. I have seen how thorough she is with her clients looking through houses to make sure that they are to the best standard for her clients.
