Fred continued to help us thru the many steps, making the offer, the bidding war, the inspections, setting up utilities till our closing day. Fred supported us every step of the way. Fred was always a phone call or an email away. She made our transition go effortlessly. I did not mention this was not our first move nor was it our fist long distant move. We have moved 7 times over the past 30 years. I must say I do not remember any our realtors going the extra mile to make sure we are adjusting to our new surroundings after the closing. Fred has stayed connected checking in from time to time with a friendly email or text to see how we are doing. She has even taken the time to invite us out to explore the areas dining that the locals keep secret. Fred is a hidden gem. She is more than a realtor she has become a friend who I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, meticulous, thorough, compassionate realtor.
