I've worked with a number of realtors over the years. Most have been adequate, some have been very good, but Alf was outstanding. I hired Alf to market and sell my parents' home. The home they had lived in for 58 years. For our family this was not just a transactional event, it was an ending of an era. Alf artfully guided us through the process.. From our first meeting I was impressed with his knowledge of the local market and his cogent explanation of the process. He spent a good part of that meeting determining my expectations and needs and suggested a strategy with those in mind. By the end of the meeting I knew he was the right realtor for us. As was my desire we had a quick sale, only 14 days from listing to closing. All of my objectives for the sale were met. And for that, I give all the credit to Alf.

Alf knows Bay Hills well and knows us well. He was considerate of our large family and was flexible when needed. Alf works with a great photographer and the online marketing strategy was strong and effective. Alf never passed up or shyed away from holding an Open House too. Alf is trustworthy.
