Alf Young started out as our realtor as we started looking for our retirement home in SW Florida. Alf ended up being much more, our realtor, our confidant and a trusted friend. After vacationing in Indian Rocks Beach for a few years we knew that we wanted to be somewhere near the beach. However, that’s all we knew. We had no idea whether we wanted a condo, townhouse or a single family home. Alf took us through the various options and the advantages and disadvantages of each.
