She always responded so promptly to our texts/calls, she was knowledgeable, and she was completely transparent. Being we are from NY, we needed an agent that could do virtual tours for us and give us insight to the areas where we were looking. We had trouble finding an agent before her as some didn’t even respond to me or put in any effort. She won us over with her persistence and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us find our FL home. She made the process so seamless!! Alexus is very knowledgeable about the area she covers and willingly provided detailed information of properties I was interested in viewing. Frequently provided contacts for addition services i.e cleaning personnel. Alexus would spend whatever time I needed, and never complained. I would highly recommend Alexus to anyone wanting the use of her services.
