We contacted Alexis while deciding what to do with an inherited property. We live across the state and were out of touch with the Jacksonville market and were considering several options. Alexis provided information that helped us make our decision and through a 6 month repair and renovation, she continued to check in with us providing guidance and even help in finding and scheduling contractors. When it came time to list, she made the process easy and put up a professional listing with great photos that was beyond expectation. The house sold the first weekend listed at more than list price. Can't say enough about her professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process. If we were buy or sell in the Jacksonville area again, we would use Alexis.
