Alexis made the process of selling our home exciting and enjoyable; she truly had our best interest at heart and worked hard daily to get us the best deal from the day the house was put on the market to closing. She even found coupons and called around to make sure she got the best/lowest price for all of our sellers' costs once the contract was pending. Alexis is unbelievably professional, knowledgeable and very obviously an expert at what she does. We could not be happier with our decision to have her as our realtor.

She did a terrific job in finding me the perfect home in a short amount of time. I am an active duty service-member who was PCS'ing from Hawaii to Camp Lejeune, and was pushed back on the base housing list due to Hurricane Florence in September. Needless to say I shopped around for real estate agents and noticed Alexis had great reviews and was highly recommended. I quickly found out why she was so highly valued as she worked with me, around my schedule (Hawaii is 6 hours behind), and made herself available for questions throughout the weekend. She coached me through the whole process, ensuring I understood exactly what I was getting myself into. We narrowed it down to a potential list of houses, while I was in Hawaii, and the next day she did a video tour through facetime of all the potential houses we listed out. This is when I knew I was dealing with an honest person, during the video tour she was quick to point out discrepancies in the homes we were touring from things like potential molding, roof damages, and potential flooding damages that could of been sustained from the recent hurricane. From all the houses we viewed we narrowed it down to 2 houses and as soon as I touched down in North Carolina, she met up with me to show me the houses in person, and that day we had an offer in for the home I wanted. The next day the offer was accepted and less than 30 days later I have closed on the home. Being that the house was a new construction, and had no previous owners, Alexis was able to negotiate me taking possession of the home early by paying a low rent of $30/night until I closed on the home. This allowed me to save a good amount of money, and to start moving furniture into my soon to be home. When we did the walkthrough Alexis was there to point out any minor flaw she saw to the builder for them to fix before I took possession and even now follows up with the builder to ensure that my needs are being met with the builder. Overall a great home buying experience

Alexis is absolutely fantastic! We were looking for a home as our rental lease was going to end in a couple of months. She helped us find a house that unfortunately didn't pan out (sellers did not complete required work and pushed back closing more than once), but she fought for us the entire way and was a sound voice of reason which helped us do the right thing and remove our offer. Highly recommend Alexis. She is amazing, and made buying a home one of the easiest processes for my husband and I. She checked in on us through out the whole process. Our whole process was less than a month, which I was 100% sure that wasnt possible. It's possible, especially with her! Definitely contact her when looking to buy your forever home!
