Me and my wife were first time homebuyers and knew nothing of the home buying process or the lingo during our purchase experience. We needed someone who was willing to go over and walk us through the step by step process starting from the choosing of the home till the closing of the home. Her confidence and knowledge of the data and reports of the homes gave us the confidence to pick and choose the homes that was right for our family. Once chosen she set up the presentation of the walkthrough, where all our questions were answered and best of all Alexis took notes on every issue, everything about the house and emailed me everything. I am a truck driver, so being at two places at the same time was almost impossible, but guess what. Alexis went to every walkthrough and every inspection on my behalf and ensured the best interest of the buyer and we gratefully appreciated it. She even asked to FaceTime the home during the inspections while I was OTR. Everything we felt happened “did happen “ because she understood we needed to know these things. Who, What, Where and Why. It wasn’t a 9 to 5 either, information was being put out during the day and during the weekends.There’s all kinds of realtors good and bad. Picking and choosing the right one for you will make or break your home buying experience. From our experience we have a greater understanding of what a realtor is and does.
