Alexis is an excellent realtor as well as a very good and caring person. A couple of times she offered to do things for us that were above and beyond anything that we expected from a realtor. For example, my wife wanted to dig up and transplant a few of her plants/flowers for sentimental reasons. Alexis offered to dig them up and take them to her place to store and care for them until we got possession of our new place. That's just the kind of good person she is. Alexis helped us know what we needed to do and not do to get our home ready to go on the market. Alexis kept us up to date in every step of the sales process as well as the purchase process. When we had questions, she would promptly call us back, if she couldn't answer her phone. The other nice thing is she would hear us out and let us ask our question, without anticipating it and answering it before we were done asking it. Then, she would answer the question and/or address our concern clearly so we could understand and were comfortable with what was going on and that everything was under control. Not once did she make us feel silly for asking a question. While she made recommendations, in no way did we ever feel pressured to decide one way or the other. When we received multiple offers on our home, she didn't just call us and tell us about the offers but she came to our home, sat down with us and clearly explained the pros and cons of each offer. When we had questions, she was on the phone immediately with the buyers realtor to get an answer to our question so we could make a fully informed decision. The bottom line is you simply won't go wrong, nor be disappointed, if you hire Alexis to sell or buy your home.
