I need to give a huge shout-out and thank you to our realtor, Alexandria Reed, of ElevateDNVR, who literally made this the most seamless experience we could have had. She fought tooth and nail for us through two offers on two different homes and helped us to put together the most competitive offers to outbid multiple offers on both of those homes. She advocated for us and made sure we were protected during both of these transactions. She made sure we had all the resources we needed and had the best recommendation for a home inspector who saved us from a lifetime of issues with those homes! ⁣ ⁣ Each of those homes fell through during inspection, and she encouraged us to keep moving forward. When we found “the one” we almost didn’t put an offer in because we didn’t want to deal with the disappointment again or deal with yet another bidding war. ⁣ But we had trust in the process and trusted Alex so we decided to put in an offer on the home. Again, Alex put together an incredible offer, she negotiated, got us concessions, and made us feel so at ease thorough the transaction. And voila, after she worked all her behind the scenes magic and after we did our part with financing, the home is now ours! She quite literally is the BEST at what she does! I guarantee had we worked with anyone else we would not have secured our dream home!
