Alexandra helped me to buy my first house. As a first time buyer, Alexandra was probably the best agent I could have had. I had a lot of questions and she patiently walked me through the process, and helped me to understand what I needed to know. She was very responsive to my needs, and respectful to budget limitations I had. She was also very supportive on taking my time to find something I really liked. I am an indecisive person, and it took us 10 months to find what I liked. At no moment in this period she put any pressure on me to rush, nor she lost her enthusiasm on helping me. In fact, over and over she encouraged me to take my time. When we get to the closing stage, she was meticulous on dealing with the issues that came up. It was a bit of a stressful stage for me, but she dealt with it quite professionally. Besides all these fine qualities she possesses as a realtor, she’s also a wonderfully nice person. She’s super chill, and a nice companion to go for house shopping, and to have great conversation meanwhile.

My husband & I met were extremely anxious before we met Alexandra as we were not able to find a buyer for our house previous summer. She was very informative in our 1st meeting & had a very good sense of the market, staging the house for sale, timing to list to get max. no. of offers, etc. She was extremely responsive to all our questions & never left anything unanswered. She was extremely involved throughout the process including staging the house for sale, at which she does a fantastic job! She also recommended minor fixes that could be done & provided us helpful contacts of contractors which made the process extremely simple for us. Finally, no one could have predicted the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown, during which time the open house was scheduled for. Alexandra was extremely professional in managing the open house making sure social distancing was taken care of. We managed to get 12 offers! It was a true pleasure working with her & we highly recommend her.

Alexandra is amazing! My fiancé and I were first time home-buyers and totally inexperienced in real estate. We were both a bit overwhelmed and nervous about getting into such a crazy market like Boston, but with Alexandra you really feel like you have an insider on your team who is 100% your advocate. The competitive market can make you impulsive and want to make offers you might regret - but Alexandra is a great voice of reason. She never, ever pressured us to make an offer we weren't comfortable with. She is a great sounding board and would always ensure we were well informed on the market in the neighborhoods where we looked and allow us to come up with an offer that made sense and felt good for us. In the end, we feel so good about the property we purchased and looking back at the selling price of some of the other properties we liked we are so glad we had Alex to keep us from making a mistake and paying too much. She helped us find exactly what we set out for and was especially great to have through the closing process. I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially to first time buyers.

We've had the chance to work with Alexandra to buy our new home in Boston, Back Bay, and her diligence on the market given our specific asks was phenomenal. She scouted such amazing properties that in only one day we were ready to put an offer down and buy our place, understanding fully the price dynamics in the neighboorhood.
