Once again Alex was reliable, knowledgeable, and there with me every step of the way. He just did an outstanding job selling the condo that he helped me purchase 3 years ago. His negotiation skills are top notch and there is no one I would recommend more highly. He makes the homebuying as stress free as possible and I wouldn't consider working with anyone else. Very persistent, present at every showing, creative agent

Just a few days after we listed the house the quarantine started, all showings were forbidden. Alex became very creative, organized virtual showings, put the virtual tour on his pages; then when the showings became possible again he was present every time, he was very persistent and optimistic, thanks to him the house was sold.
