We hired Alex to sell my mother in laws house after she passed away. We found Alex to be very professional in representing the house. He had a great video with shots from a drone and photos of the inside of the property. There are tons of real estate agents out there and picking the right person is very important. You be doing yourself a favor if you hire Alex to represent your property!
What a difference a quality agent makes! Don't waste your time with an agent that doesn't have Alex's skill set. I made that mistake and it cost me dearly. I started by listing my Stoneridge house in Prescott Valley with the property manager who oversaw the house as a rental. After six months of no activity, I decided he was a great property manager, but a mediocre agent. So I switched to another who had a long-established history in Stoneridge. Month after month I received no offers. Turns out this was an agent difficult to work with and not well-regarded by other local professionals. So my wife and I decided to give it one more shot with a new agent, and I'm glad we called Alex. What made him different from the others was twofold: first, he is quite communicative and knowlegable about the local market, knowing how to price a home fairly. Second, and most importantly, he has established an extensive marketing strategy that really creates exposure. The extent of his strategies is beyond the scope of this review, but give him a call and he'll explain just how he and his team will market your home for a successful sale! You will not be disappointed.
