We hired Alex to sell my mother in laws house after she passed away. We found Alex to be very professional in representing the house. He had a great video with shots from a drone and photos of the inside of the property. There are tons of real estate agents out there and picking the right person is very important. What a difference a quality agent makes! Don't waste your time with an agent that doesn't have Alex's skill set. I made that mistake and it cost me dearly. I started by listing my Stoneridge house in Prescott Valley with the property manager who oversaw the house as a rental. After six months of no activity, I decided he was a great property manager, but a mediocre agent. So I switched to another who had a long-established history in Stoneridge. Month after month I received no offers. Turns out this was an agent difficult to work with and not well-regarded by other local professionals. So my wife and I decided to give it one more shot with a new agent, and I'm glad we called Alex. What made him different from the others was twofold: first, he is quite communicative and knowlegable about the local market, knowing how to price a home fairly. Second, and most importantly, he has established an extensive marketing strategy that really creates exposure.
