We met Alex Halenka through a referral and would highly recommend him as a realtor. The market in Prescott is hot and buying a home there can be difficult. Homes sell in 24/48 hours, often over the listing price. We were looking for homes in a specific area with certain criteria. Residing outside of Prescott made our search even more challenging. Alex was with us every step of the way. When we found our perfect home, Alex didn’t miss a beat. Through Alex’s excellent communication and negotiation skills, he was able to get us an accepted offer, even though multiple offers came through.
