Alex returned my call after leaving him a message that I live in California and was interested in his listing of a house in Bowling Green, Ohio for a second home. His return call was warm and welcoming and he remained committed to working with my wife and I remotely. From the MLS pictures and information, his knowledge of the property, and a Face-Time personal walk of the property with us still in California, we were convinced this was the house we wanted. Alex helped up prepare a purchase offer which was accepted by the seller. Alex also arranged for the home inspection for us and met the inspector on-site on our behalf. His recap matched the formal inspection report. The house is only 3 years old and in near perfect condition. The few minor issues were taken care of immediately by the seller. The closing was actually in about 30 days after our offer was accepted. We signed our documents in our California home with a notary provided by Chicago Title Trust Co. A week later we met Alex at our new second home to get the keys and tour the house personally for the first time. We felt as though we were meeting Alex again, not for the first time. We couldn't be happier with the house. It is everything we expected from the MLs and the additional information Alex provided to us through the purchasing process. In the few weeks since taking possession of the house, Alex has remained available to us to provide information as well as contact information for our subsequent questions. We highly recommend Alex as a very personable, honorable, knowledgeable and committed realtor. He was always available to us even with a 3 hour time difference during this house purchase process. I can say ,I am blessed to meet Alex. As a first time home buyer, I had no any idea of what to focus on when looking for apartment and what the process of mortgage is.
