Alex has been incredible throughout the entire process. He knows what he's doing and knows how to get things done. Each and every step through the buying process Alex was right there to answer any questions quickly and if he didn't immediately know the answers he knew how to find them. Pure professional all the way. Integrity, knowledge base, experience - I'm more than impressed with this young man and will keep his card and know I have the best when I, or others, need him again.

After a bad experience with another realtor regarding purchasing a house, I merely selected the name of a Real Estate Agent in the phone book that seemed to appeal to me. Fortunately for me, the selection was the best choice. Alex possesses extraordinary insight regarding the Northwest Ohio real estate market. He and I visited a property that I liked a great deal. Alex could have easily facilitated the sale of that property; however, he cautioned that I might want to pay attention to the road noise in the area. As a result, I did not purchase the property that I would have later been unhappy with. He will not pressure you to buy a property; he truly wants you to be happy with your real estate purchase. Alex is a consummate professional, detail-oriented, expedient with communications, and honest. Because he is highly respected by other Real Estate Agents, either with Danberry or not, he was able to negotiate a fair deal for me with the Listing Agent for the property.
