We were moving to Ohio from out of state and I happened to be in Ohio on a Sunday that there were open houses. Walked into one house and there was Alex with a pleasant smile. He was so easy to talk to, knew the area and the market. Plus, he already had experience working with out of state movers. All along the way, he kept us updated with what was available, as well as if there was a house being bid on. We found a house and everything went smoothly, all the way though closing. I would definitely seek out Alex again if we every needed an agent. I would also highly recommend him, especially to those moving to the area from out of state.
