Alex was essential for the selling of my house

I interviewed four different realtor teams, before selecting Alex. The reason I selected him was his knowledge of homes in our particular neighborhood, and his level of professionalism which greatly outmatched the others that I was considering. He listened very carefully about our goals, and then offered excellent advice on the positioning and readying of our home for the market. I was very happy with the inspection and painting professionals that he recommended. Everything was going smoothly and then Covid-19 hit. Alex proved to be extremely capable in adjusting to the changing conditions of the market and what was and was not allowed for selling property during the pandemic. It was uncharted waters and Alex deftly navigated through them, ultimately finding us a buyer within the time frame needed for the purchase of our next house. Throughout, he was always available via phone or email, and either immediately picked up my calls or quickly responded. Most importantly he was proactive in keeping us informed, clearly explaining the process and adjustments, and he was very patient in working with a client that was a more than a little stressed due to the uncertainty of the pandemic. It was a difficult sale due to market conditions, however we did sell. In retrospect I can say that I am still extremely happy that I chose Alex. I will definitely work with him in the future, and will recommend him to my friends and colleagues.
