Not even sure where to begin! To all the sellers/buyers out there, my best advice is to not settle until you get butterflies with a place. I would find myself saying “I mean I like it” and then Alex would say “Nope - we are moving on lol” because he could tell that there was something holding me back from loving the ones we saw. He truly does care about his clients and wants to make sure they get exactly what they are looking for. I highly recommend Alex to anyone that is looking for an agent as he helped me buy and then sell my condo in the city. You are seriously the best Alex!!!!

Alex was a constant source of information and researched properties that suited our needs thoroughly and on a weekly basis until we secured our home. Alex has a very calm demeanor which helped us through the emotional roller coaster of finding our home. We also had time restraints around when we needed to purchase and move in and not once did we feel rushed into buying anything that wasn't right for the needs of our growing family.
