Alex was very kind and patient, and helped me sell my house during a time that I needed to relocate. He did a great job communicating and helping prepare the house for sale. When we ran into a few hurdles due to lender demands, I was in awe when he came by to help me with painting the front porch. Alex helped make the entire buying process fun. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure to provide us lots of listings to look at, he was also very open to getting us in to see listings we sent him directly. Alex will help you find the house you truly want, and isn't going to try and just make a sale. We never felt pressured into making a purchase on something we weren't sure of. It doesn't matter if he shows you 5 or 50 houses, he will make sure you buy the house you truly want.
Alex was above and beyond in everything. He probably took me to many homes, was super patient, and quickly discerned what I was looking for when I wasn't sure myself. Being a first time home buyer is intimidating but Alex helped me negotiate through a tricky VA loan in the midst of covid, and helped organize the contractors I wanted while I was busy working in a hospital. You should not pass this guy up, he is 100% the best.
