Within The past year and a half, i have worked with three different realtors. The first two i worked with encouraged me to consider homes in impoverished, neglected neighborhoods because of my income. 10/22/2014 Re: Alex Montelongo 850 E. Ocean Blvd. #1409 Long Beach Ca. 90802 I do not live in California although I had property there. Alex helped me obtain some services (before listing) without any expectations of obtaining a listing. Eventually, I did list the property with him. As you may determine there are quite a few items that need to be attended to as a seller. I have to say the sale and all details of the sale were seamless mostly because Alex handled everything. I never had to come to California. I had a renter in the property and Alex dealt with him through every aspect of the transaction. He represented me at all stages of the sale and communicated with me regularly. I would seek the services of Alex if I were looking to buy or sell property in the Southern California area.
