I feel fortunate and grateful Alex was part of the team helping me sell my house. He was critical in helping me get and stay motivated to get my house into selling shape. He went the extra mile, meeting me at Home Depot to get needed things, doing landscaping, finding necessary vendors like a tree removal service and window screen maker, and even showing me how to do some electrical outlet work myself, all of which ending up saving me time, effort and money. He has an energy to get things done and find solutions to streamline and get to the end goal. I highly recommend him. He’s professional, friendly and kind. My experience with Alex was at a time when the market was shifting, not to my benefit, as the seller. Not only did Alex sell my place, he also got me into my new place as well. His knowledge of the market and many open houses, and putting up with my countless calls and texts about finding a new place and selling mine, was a challenge and Alex rose to the occasion. I was able to close on both places in the same day and I felt very confident that Alex could and did get the job done. He even came over on a Sunday evening during his dinner with the family to let me in my condo since I locked my self out.
