Alex was a tremendous help in the buying process, helping us purchase a home while we were in another state. He was flexible with times to meet and call to discuss our options, he helped us narrow down potential homes, was able to quickly understand our needs and wants in a home and point us towards the homes that met our needs. Once we picked a home, he negotiated on our behalf to get both concessions and repairs done. During the closing process he worked with our lender to satisfy the conditions of the home mortgage process, and even helped us look after the home after purchasing but before we moved in. For anyone moving to Denver, I would recommend Alex.
