Alex was a tremendous help in the buying process, helping us purchase a home while we were in another state. He was flexible with times to meet and call to discuss our options, he helped us narrow down potential homes, was able to quickly understand our needs and wants in a home and point us towards the homes that met our needs. Once we picked a home, he negotiated on our behalf to get both concessions and repairs done. During the closing process he worked with our lender to satisfy the conditions of the home mortgage process, and even helped us look after the home after purchasing but before we moved in. Alex did a great job and was very patient showing us new places and walking us through all the steps of buying process. He was very thorough checking all the appliances, water heater and HVAC to make sure they were up the code and didn’t need to be replaced.

He never rushed us or pushed us into putting an offer on a house that we didn’t love. He was very knowledgeable about everything inside the house down to everything with each houses HOA which is very helpful. He was super kind with a great personality and super patient and helpful! Alex honestly did exactly what I needed, when I needed it. If I had a question at 6am, he responded. If I wanted to know the words most obscure detail if he didn’t know the answer he’d tell you he was going to do research and get back and I never once had to remind him. Super on point with everything and doesn’t make you feel pressured with any obligations and makes the process seamless. We had issues with the lender we used but Alex made everything on his end a breeze for us and I will continue to use him with any other properties I purchase and recommend him to ever person that asks me about how my experience was.
