We are very satisfied with our choice of partnering with Alex and Tamara. Highly recommend you seek their services. Alonzo

Alex and Tamara are a fantastic team that lean on each other to gather the most information about all the properties we toured. They were super flexible to squeeze in showings asap and were not shy of any checking any property out regardless of area, price or condition. Alex kept in close communication with the selling agent and clearly is a talented negotiator even for last minute requests before and during and after escrow. He worked effectively with our lender to make our complicated deal happen. It was an absolute pleasure working with them both!

Alex and Tamara helped us through the process to buy our first home and they were wonderful every step of the way! Firstly, we loved and appreciated their availability when it came to viewing houses. We were driving out from the Bay Area and they always made time for us and were available to us for seeing all the house showings we wanted to see. They were also extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the neighborhoods and areas. It was important to us to have a realtor that has experience in the region and knows the ins and outs of each neighborhood. Finally, they made the process as simple and seamless as possible when it came to offering and closing on our home. They are the best we could have hoped for and would highly recommend them in the future!

We had the pleasure working closely with Alex and Tamara to find our new home in Rocklin. Their knowledge of the area, data driven pricing expectations, schooling options, clear and smooth communication allowed us to successfully find our new home in a short period of time. They are very patient and we did not feel pressured at any point. The best part is they are truly honest, wonderful, and enjoyable to collaborate with. We recommend them to anyone looking for their new home!!
