Albert helped us purchase our first home, and we feel so grateful that we worked with him. He's incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He made the daunting process of purchasing a home easy to understand. He helped us understand the "why" behind each step of the process, which we really appreciated. When it came time to prepare an offer letter, he provided thoughtful guidance, which resulted in our first offer being accepted. While many people were involved in the home purchase process, we could always rely on him to help us understand both the big picture and the minutia. Finally, we greatly appreciated his professionalism. He responded to phone calls and emails quickly, his responses were thorough, and he listened carefully to understand our priorities.
