Long distance hero!

I had moved to Amarillo and my daughter and her husband got the house in SA ready to sell. Albert was introduced by my daughter-in-law, and he was just amazing. Walked us through everything to get the house on the market and pass inspection--all via phone and computer. When it went on the market, he sold it in 3 days. Offer price was within $5000 of asking, so we didn't even counter. Walked us through the paperwork, and we were done!!!
