Long distance hero!
I had moved to Amarillo and my daughter and her husband got the house in SA ready to sell. Albert was introduced by my daughter-in-law, and he was just amazing. Walked us through everything to get the house on the market and pass inspection--all via phone and computer. When it went on the market, he sold it in 3 days. Offer price was within $5000 of asking, so we didn't even counter. Walked us through the paperwork, and we were done!!! His skill and talents for getting the house ready were WAY above what we expected, and he really knew his stuff. THANK YOU ALBERT!!!!
