Alanna did a great job of representing both me and the seller. As a last minute change, she was able to pick up my account from another realtor and help guide me through the process to purchase my new home! I was purchasing from out of state and she made videos of the house for me to review and I was comfortable placing an offer on a place I hadn't seen in person. I had several inspections conducted that I wasn't able to make it to because I lived out of state. She set those up and represented me in my absence. She answered my questions and that ultimately led to me making the decision to purchase the house and make it my home.

Alanna was an exceptional agent for me and my family. We had very particular requirements for our "forever home" and we weren't interested in settling. Alanna was patient and very knowledgeable about the market and current inventory. She kept her eyes open AND helped us open our minds for "what's possible." Even though we were passively in buyer mode, she kept her eye on the market and brought the property of our dreams to us.
