My experience with Alana was nothing short of outstanding! From my first contact with her, Alana went "above and beyond" to help me in my search for, and eventual purchasing of, a home in Florida. Although I wanted a location that wasn't directly in Alana's geographic area of expertise, she spent the time developing the knowledge of where I wanted to locate so that she could most effectively assist in the search. Alana communicated regularly, first to better understand what I wanted in a home, then regularly sending me homes on the market for review. Collectively we looked at around 100 homes - even though I was months away from relocating - in order to "fine-tune" my requirements. When the time came to visit Florida to search for a home, Alana dedicated several days away from her family to assist me in the search. We toured numerous homes, looking for the right combination of features, location, price and availability. With the current market conditions, and my limited time available to search, we spent three days looking at numerous properties. Each morning Alana had an updated list of available properties, which we reviewed and selected several to visit. She was always positive, upbeat, and cheerful - insisting that we would find the "right" house for me. I submitted several offers, and while waiting for a response on one, we were driving around a neighborhood when Alana spotted a property that wasn't active, but it appeared that the owners were planning to move. Alana talked with the owners, who told us the property was "between listings" and invited us to view the property. Long story short, Alana connected with the property owner's agent and worked to get a contract in place that was a "win-win" for both parties. Alana's perseverance, positive attitude, friendly yet professional approach and extensive knowledge of Florida's realty market helped me find the home that I wanted, and in an extremely compressed timeline. She is an All-star!
