I asked for her contact info should a job opportunity ever present itself and I am happy that I did. Alana is the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful Agent that I’ve worked with. Her knowledge of the market mixed with her level of professionalism is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy in this difficult market. When my husband and I were ready to purchase our first home, we quickly learned that it would a very long and bumpy road, that is until Alana came. Alana did a superb job of helping prepare, market , and sell my home in Seminole. It was not an easy sale, the home was not move-in ready. Still she brought in the right buyer, and we came to a mutually beneficial agreement. I have never seen a real estate agent work harder. Alana is great. Alana understands the business side of selling real estate and she has a warm and friendly personality. She evaluates what needs to be done by the seller to make their property appealing to prospective buyers and performs a through market analysis to determine an appropriate asking price. Alana exhibited excellent communication skills by responding promptly to questions and following up on issues to make sure the matter was resolved.
