Our experience with Alana Byant was excellent! As we live in another state, Alana handled almost all of what it took to sell our house and got us a great price! She was easy to get ahold of and always available and willing to explain anything we were not sure of. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement!
Alana did a great job for us to get our house sold. We met face to face for the first couple of weeks to look at and appraise the property, but afterwards we moved 1,000 miles away, so Alana took over the sales process, and all we can say is wow, what a great job she did. The process was smooth, and a couple of inspections required some additional work on the wood siding and electrical, and Alana scheduled the contractors to fix the deficiencies at a really great price so as to make sure the sale went through. She offered some great negotiating suggestions to help us get the best price, and she also went above and beyond mere sales duties to make sure the yard was manicured and the inside was cleaned before every showing. She was always available to take our long-distance calls and answered all our questions. She organized a great closing agent, and we finalized the sale and closing in a few days via email. In addition to being a great realtor Alana has years of experience in the construction trade, so she knows her stuff, and It was great to have such a hard-working agent in our corner.
