I’m an Engineer/Home Builder and have known Alan for over 20 years. He has brought me a number of residential lot opportunities which I have purchased and built speculation homes including, in one case, the home I live in today. He consulted with me along the way regarding every phase of the project including architectural style, floor plans, sizes to build, quality of materials, colors and options. He then handled the sales of the finished homes. All projects were successful. I highly recommend him for his candid and honest advice
