Allen was an awesome agent he walked us through every step when selling my mother in laws home. He did everything he could to determine if a dock permit was present, he helped us find the best offer and when it looked like it would fall through he had backups ready! We used Alan to find a 2nd home on Lake Lanier for my wife and two kids. He has extensive knowledge of Lanier. One house in particular we liked a lot but Alan steared us away letting us know that the appearance of water we saw was not a good depth. And that the cove experiences low levels.
