I highly recommend Alan as he truly is an amazing real estate agent whose personal skills and work ethic are supported by many years of experience. 2 years ago I was looking for a foreclosure and was new to the idea of buying a house. Not only Alan has delivered on the promise to get me and my daughter our dream home but he also "held my hand" throughout the whole process. It was a challenging situation to purchase a place that needed very little work, was in a great school district, and was in my budget. We also had to deal with my credit issues. I was in need of a private investor and he recommended one. I love my investor so much that I just renewed my contract with him. Our place is everything we could dream of. Trust me, if Alan was able to exceed expectations in my challenging situation (did I mention I had a month to find a place?), he will absolutely be able to help you. Needless to say, we have remained friends ever since.
