Alan is a great realtor. I admire his knowledge and expertise in the housing industry, as he is able to make the buyer aware of some possible pitfalls to avoid and gives much attention to his client's concerns about buying a home for the first time. He knew the process and how to get things done expeditiously and did so. Alan is a realtor that will stand by his client until the right house is found, assuring the client that the right house will be found.

This team did a great job in guiding me in the search for a home. I never felt like I was out there by myself. Expert guidance was given to help me as a first time home buyer to avoid pitfalls. I looked at many houses in trying to decide on the one for me and my realtor, Alan Mazetti never seemed to be tired of going out to view the houses with me. He always gave excellent input and he knew the market well. All questions were addressed expeditiously and honestly. I appreciate all the help that I received.
