Alan Mazzetti and Lisa Michels went above and beyond to get me through both the selling and buying of my new home. They made the process super easy and my home was sold in a weekend. They were extremely responsive answering my call immediately at all different hours of the day or night. I couldn’t ask for better agents.

I reached out to Alan Mazzetti a few years ago when I noticed other homes selling in my neighborhood. Alan did the legwork and spent the time checking the market, only to find that the time wasn't right. Alan kept checking in on me and reached back out in October 2020. By December 2020 my house was under contract after being on the market for less than a week. Alan told me exactly what to do to make things ready to list. When I needed extra help, he found the right people to get the job done. In the end, Alan and his colleagues helped sell my house for more than I ever thought possible, and made the process easier than I thought it would be.

The Lisa Michels Team made the listing and sales process easier than I could imagine! The Lisa Michels team worked tirelessly to list and sell my property! Their combined expertise and experience were essential to the successful sale of my house!

Alan was very helpful and with us all the way. Geat job.

Both Alan and Lisa were amazing. Alan especially went above and beyond his duties. He has a great personality and is very easy to talk to and will either answer his phone immediately or shortly after leaving a message. This is the first time I have sold a home by myself and I felt Alan was with me every step of the way. He recommended various professionals to help get my home ready and if I couldn’t be there to let them in he was. With every job done in my home he stopped by to check on the progress and made sure the job was done right. After my home was sold, Alan spoke to the new owner providing important information about the home. He even offered to pick up my mail that was not forwarded to my new address. I couldn’t have done it without him. He eased my anxieties and I knew I was in good hands. My home was shown over one weekend which included an open house and we received a couple of offers and was sold in 3 days. It was a pretty painless process with great agents. I couldn’t be happier.

Alan is always available, friendly & knowledgeable.

Loved Alan!!! He is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to pick up the phone!

Alan Mazzetti made some excellent recommendations on what small upgrades would be important to most buyers.

Lisa and Alan teamed up to stage our home in a way that allowed prospects to envision themselves being as happy in the home as our family was. Sold in a day!

Alan was an exceptional agent and was fantastic to work with as first time homebuyers.
