Alan Martin

Alan was professional and down to earth at the same time throughout the whole process. As someone with little experience in the real estate market, I asked many questions and Alan was able to answer them all giving me a complete understanding of what was happening and what to expect. As well, he was able to direct me to other professionals that I needed during the sale. Alan handled everything and made the process very stress free. We are very appreciative.

Alan is an excellent real estate agent who guided me through the entire process, from finding the buyer to the formal sale.

Alan’s experience and integrity secured the best price for my house. Selling a property while living in the UK could have been incredibly stressful, so I depended on Alan greatly, and he delivered. When remedial work was required, he immediately had trusted professionals on hand to fix every issue, while managing great communication with the buyer’s side. Meeting him in person near closing confirmed what I already knew: he is highly professional, personable, and made me feel like a friend. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

From start to finish alan was brilliant

Alan Martin was our agent who helped us sell our condo. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through the sale. Alan answered texts set to him within minutes and never seem to busy to assist us when needed. He listened to our concerns and gave great advice. We met with him at our property in Kissimmee but soon afterwards had to return to Canada. When issues came up at the property Alan handled them for us. He even went beyond his duties as our agent and made minor repairs paying for it himself. Who does this?? My advice to you if you are looking to buy or sell a property is to use Alan and take the worry out of the process. If we could possibly give him more stars we certainly would. Take care and stay healthy!!
