Alan Martin was our agent who helped us sell...
Alan Martin was our agent who helped us sell our condo. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through the sale. Alan answered texts set to him within minutes and never seem to busy to assist us when needed. He listened to our concerns and gave great advice. We met with him at our property in Kissimmee but soon afterwards had to return to Canada. When issues came up at the property Alan handled them for us. He even went beyond his duties as our agent and made minor repairs paying for it himself. Who does this?? My advice to you if you are looking to buy or sell a property is to use Alan and take the worry out of the process. If we could possibly give him more stars we certainly would.
